Hi can I have a ppp

So I just found out I’m pregnant with baby no.2 . I currently have a little 13 month old girl . I don’t feel excited or happy . We always wanted a big family . I’m scared I will have no connection or bond with this baby. I have factor 5 Leiden so I take injections daily to keep the baby alive but I feel I’m taking them because I have to.

Please no nasty or rude comments just looking for advice .
