Hi can I have a ppp?

This is a bit long, I’m looking for advice and where we may stand legally it’s about my partner and his daughter from a previous relationship. My partner and his ex have got a 6 year old daughter, the ex is married to another man and she has 2 children with him, 3 children all in. My partner has regular contact with his daughter every single weekend and always phoned and FaceTimes her, he pays her every week and never misses a payment. For the past while his daughter has been slipping up and saying mummy says I need to call her partner daddy etc so my partner confronted her and she said her daughter was lying which I don’t believe for a second. I saw pictures on her partners social media and had used captions saying #daughter #minime I sent these to my partner and he asked his ex why that was wrote and his ex replied by going crazy and saying she should have stopped contact between his daughter and him when they originally split up. There is no reason at all for him to not be part of his life, she’s being down right nasty. Today my partner has phoned me in tears saying he’s just off FaceTime to her and was chatting to his daughter saying I will come and get you on Friday (as always) and his daughter replied by saying she is not allowed to see him as mummy isn’t letting her come. He has since contacted his ex asking if this is true and she is ignoring all messages. My partner is a brilliant daddy we have a daughter together and he is amazing! My heart is breaking for him listening to him being so upset is awful! Just looking sir some advice on what we could do next or where do we stand legally. He’s worried about having to go through court and not getting to see her while it’s going through court.
