Hi, can I have a private post on behalf of a friend please

Hi ladies this is quite personal so apologies in advance but, I was wondering if you could all tell me how often you and your partner have sex and if it’s a spontaneous thing or does it have to be planned? Basically I’ve been with my partner a few years now and we have 2 kids together – sex only happens if it’s planned and very rarely at that and it’s getting me down now! I’ve tried all different ways to get him in the mood like sexy clothes but he says things like ‘you’ll get cold get dressed’, or like today I’ve asked him if he wants sex tonight and he said no but we can tomorrow when the fresh bedding is on!! Surely this isn’t normal? He’s definitely not cheating before anyone suggests that, any advice welcome 😊
