Hi can I have a private post please as I haven’t announced it yet. I’ve recently found out that I’m pregnant however I started a new job last month and am currently on a 12 week probation period. When should you tell management of a pregnancy? I’m worried in case if they know I’m expecting they could just lay me off during the probation period. Thanks

You don’t have to tell them 15week before your due date so I’d leave it and tell them after your 12 week probation xx
I was in exactly the same position last year and left it as late as possible xx
