Hi can I have a private post please.

I am looking for advice on fathers rights to contact through the courts. My ex has applied to the courts for access for our children and I want to know what the likelihood of him getting them is. There was domestic abuse that the children witnessed and he emotionally abused them. I have moved out into a refuge now. I reported incidences to the police and also he has a criminal record and has been in jail previously. Does anyone have any experience? Thank you
