Hi can i have a private post please?

I got my warm home discount but only managed to put it onto my gas last week. It went on no problem but I have just tried to use my hot water and it wasn’t coming on. Went to check the gas box and it’s saying I have no money on it even though there was £140. Has anyone else had this problem or know what it could be? X
