Hi can I have a private post please I have had a claim with child maintenance since the end of last year my baby’s dad is doing everything in his power to not pay he has his own business and puts up
How much he is working and earning he has lied about his income and I did a variation form but they are not changing it he has to pay less than £20 a month and still refuses to pay. I am at my whits end with it all I feel like they are all for him. I have been really struggling with money since February when I cam out of work after may leave. Any advice would be great
