Hi can I have a private post please , I lost both of my grandparents suddenly early this year and was alone at the hospital with my grandad when he passed , I have tried talking to friends and family about it but the longer that passes the more I realise how much I am struggling to come to terms with things and can’t get what happened out of my mind It is now starting to affect my day to day life and I need to do something about it. The question I want to know is there are so many different forms of bereavement councilling etc cab anyone recommend one that I can try ? Thank you x
