Hi can i have a private post please?. Im just wondering if there was anything i can put in place to say if anything happens to me, my daughter wont go to her dad? He is on the birth certificate but hasnt seen her in nearly a year and has admitted he doesnt want to. I know i can write it in a will but im wondering if there was any other way? Via lawyer? Has anyone done this?. He would gladly sign anything if need be. Thanks xx

you can give legal guardianship to someone else. eg your mum, dad, sister etc.
I have it in my will that my daughter goes to my best friend. It’s really the only fail proof way
