Hi can I have a private post please. I’m nearly 20 weeks pregnant and am working nearly 60 hours this week I am working really long 12hr shifts everyday and feel like crying because I am so tired and exhausted and not even seeing my partner as im asleep in bed by the time he gets in from work😔 My employer still hasn’t done my risk assessment either and I really don’t know what to do because I am under my contract hours this month so can’t drop any shifts I work full time and finding it bearable sometimes but nearly 60 hours in one week is just really hard😢😢Does anyone have any advice I really don’t know what to do 😞 Tia. Xx
