Hi can I have a private post please. I’ve recently seen a post on Facebook about someone wanting to go to my exs house and kick off regarding their friend. This is the address where my child goes on the days with my ex. The friend does not live with my ex anymore but thats the address that theyve mention on the facebook post. I have no proof that anything will actually happen as it’s only a Facebook status by an angry individual. I do not have a court order stating my child can not go to this address. However I have stopped my ex seeing my child unless it’s in my own home as I fear for my child’s safety. Am I in the wrong? Can I stop my ex from taking my child to this location? The post was a week ago and yet nothing has happened? Any advise would be great full.
