Hi Can I have a private post please. Me and my husband have recently split and he is due to move out shortly. He is a great dad and wants to see our children as much as possible. I was just wondering what other people have done in this situation? We’re struggling to sort out what days/ nights we should have them between us. We both work full time and don’t want to disrupt their routine too much, but I also want to make sure they see their dad enough too. Anybody else been in this situation and can share what routine they have in place. Please no nasty comments.
