  • This so me at the beach last week 😂 I’m a size 18 and the first time I’ve gotten my body out for anybody since being this size!! 😂
I just went against everything bad I was feeling and bought this strapless swimsuit *with built in tummy tuck stuff 😉* and just went for it!
Y’know what?… Nobody even looked at me 😂😂

So my advice is to wear whatever you want to my darling, whatever will make you feel comfortable. You can buy some stuff with skirts that cover your legs. But you will look fab no matter what, don’t think about what others will think, because they aren’t important!! 😘 xx

  • I went in a swimming costume I don’t want my kids missing out go at a quieter time if people are judging you on your size then it shows what horrible sad pathetic people they are go have fun with your child people will be looking at that not your body! Ps I was a size 24! You can’t get the time back with your kids make memories xx

  • I wear a tankini. Honestly I know it seems daunting but theirs all shapes and sizes there and noone really pays any attention. If Itl make u feel more comfortable you could put on shorts iv seen a few people do that but j find they r the people I actually notice if that makes sense xx

  • I’m a chunky lady and when/if people stare I smile and wave at them to make them feel uncomfortable. Yes I would like to be smaller but kind of happy with my stretch marks and no gap thighs 😂😂. As long as you are happy then do not look listen to other people. We weren’t all meant to be the same size xxxx

  • I got a swimming costume with built in shorts.. it makes me feel less conscious.. but as time goes on I’ve realised it’s those with the problem, embrace yourself 😘

  • I wear a tankini but quite honestly I don’t give a shit. No one is perfect! I used to be a 10 and now I’m and 18 on the bottom. If people are offended by my amazing legs (!) then they can jog the F on! You be a proud mama! And just so you know… no one will be looking ❤️ xx

  • I shit you not….I once saw a woman with grey Woolly tights on underneath her cozzi.
Found out later she was an ex drug addict and was covering broken veins. But! At least she took her son swimming x

  • I wear swim dresses. They’re the best. Longline ones. Cover your bum aswell as legs. I swim 2 – 3 times a week and people looked to begin with cos was a dress but nobody does now 🙂 x

  • I bought a lovely swimsuit from Asda with tummy control! I hate my legs especially since having my baby but I just quickly get in the pool and swing how much my little girl enjoys it all my worries melt away and I now go every week with her! Find a costume you feel comfortable in and bigger what anyone else thinks xx

  • Size doesn’t matter, I’m back down to a size 6 after having my baby 5 months ago, no stretch marks nothing and I hate my body and my saggy bits BUT I take my son to parent and toddler swimming every week and I wear a bikini because the way I see it is this – everyone there has had a baby, and I bet not one of them loves everything about them self – so we should learn to love what we have! Our body’s have grown and carried a baby, pretty amazing if you ask Me, so we should show it of, weather your a size 6 or size 26, lumps? Bumps? Who cares?? X

  • Wear what you like hun….No- one stares or gives a monkeys what you are wearing cause sadly us women are all the same and are only thinking about how we ourselves are looking…..except when you are in the water and your kids start splashing you and then all that anxiety vanishes!! Buy a costume and go enjoy your kids x 😎😎

  • I’m fat. I love going swimming with my family. I wont allow my weight or the way I look hinder my family having fun.
I am covered in severe self harm scars too…..especially on my upper thighs and waist but noone bats an eyelid. Noone cares what you look like they are all too busy having fun xx

  • I have a swimsuit that cuts low on the hip but I have chunky thighs that wobble so I just kind of move to the water as quick as I can once you’re under the water no one sees anything…just concentrate on your little one and don’t worry about any one else’s opinions 🙂

  • I wear a swimming costume. Might not make a difference to you but just so you know I go swimming every week and I can honestly tell you I’ve never looked at another mums body let alone specific parts! Don’t know if that makes you feel better but if you talk to anyone you’ll either be in the water or they’ll be to busy looking at your babe to look at you.

  • I go in a high waisted bikini also I don’t know why but your legs always look slimmer underwater, I had a nice surprise last time I went thought my god I have lost some weight, then I got out lol

  • I wear a bather with a maternity tankini top that covers my bum. Once you get in the water with your little one and you see them having the time of their lives, you will forget about where you are and what your wearing xxx

He goes swimming once a week to learn so don’t need to go in the pool but have been offered by the ladies there to take my daughter for sessions in sing and play and I really want too but just really feel like I can’t x
