Hi can I have a private post please .

Who do I speak to about postnatal depression . I feel like I’ve got it I don’t know what to do . My daughter is 1 and I honestly feel like I don’t care . I love her but I don’t care about her which makes me feel so bad . I would rather just have my old life back and I don’t want to feel like this . I see other mums talking in cute voices to there kids and being really playful and talkative and I just can’t do it I don’t want to. She goes to her dads on the weekend and I feel dred when I know she’s coming home . Please help me get rid of this . I want to be a good mum
