Hi can I have a private post. This isn’t baby related, but my sister has recently come out as being transgender so is now my brother. How do I explain this to my 4 year old little boy that his Aunty is now his Uncle and the name change? They are very close so don’t want to confuse my little boy or make it hard for my brother going through the transition. TIA
