Hi can I have a private post to the relevant page please..
My little boy is 9 month old, his bum is really sore to the point it’s bleeding when I clean him (dabbing not wiping) I’ve tried sudacrem, bepanthen, metanium, using cotton wool and water instead of wipes nothing is working and my doctors is closed until after Christmas. Does anyone know what else I could try, his bum has always cleared up within 2 days its never been this bad.

No white bits just bright red, no blood in nappy only when I dab to clean him up x
Could possibly be thrush? Any white bits? Usual thrush cream should help if that is the case.
I put egg white on my sons acts as barrier when pees runs off. I swear by this x
Assuming you’re using the same nappies you’ve always used them Metanium is my go to cream.
I’ve heard egg whites! Never tried it myself but some people swear by it!
Have you changed nappy brand?
