Hi can I have a private post,

So I’m about 3 weeks late, and I have took around 4 pregnancy tests and they are coming back negative, gp said it could be down to stress and to keep an eye on it, well last and all today I have really bad cramping pains
Anyone had anything similar and is it worth another visit to the gp?
I know your not doctors but was hoping someone had some sort of advice
