Hi can i have a privert post please.

Okay so late last year i left my childs father due to emotional domestic abuse. After being with him for 5 years. We went to a womans refuge and now finally have our lifes on track. The thing im wondering is this, he is not mentally or physically capable of looking after our child due to disabilities and im hugley concerned for her well-being if was to even see him in a contact centre.( incase he said things to her he shouldn’t) He can randomly switch and becomes aggresive. Now he is on her birth certificate as well.. But im wondering would he have any right with the problems he has? He cant look after himself let along a child and due to the fact he emotionally abused me and my child i dont think its best he is aloud anywhere near. But where would that stand if it went to court? His mental health record shows he could be a danger to my child but as he is on the birth certificate so im not sure on the legal side of things. Thank you x
