Hi can I have another ppp

So I’ve found out I’m pregnant last weeks should be 7 weeks tomorrow and it turned out it’s an ectopic pregnancy in my right tube I’ve had a lot of trouble with my left Fallopian tube I’m going ahead with the surgery tomorrow and was wondering if they have to remove the tube the baby grows in ? Or can there be a way round it ? Also my hcg levels are 98 way too small to be nearly 7 weeks do i know the baby isn’t big but what happens to the baby after wards? Is there anything I can do in memory of the baby I know they can cremate the baby in hospital but with the baby being really small I don’t know if they’ll do it TIA
