Hi can I have ppp

Has anyone had any problems with child tax credits ! ? I rang 9 weeks ago for forms which were never sent out or logged and I’ve been sent three lots of forms and sent them back and being told there is no record I am 9weeks down on money as a single mother I’m getting annoyed and loosing hope please tell me I’m not the only one thanks
