Hi can I have ppp, I was at court on Friday and the initial decision was to arrange stepped contact for my ex partner, but now there has been new evidence found that he has assaulted a woman in the past (I didn’t know about this) and also 101 call made about him being abusive to a separate lady (had no idea about this either) the court has now decided no contact should be allowed until a section 7 report has been completed, I don’t want them to not have any contact at all I just want it to be safe, has anyone been in a similar situation and could shed a bit of light on what the outcome could be?
