Hi can I have private post please.
I just put my 12 week old baby in his own room last week as he’s growing out of his Moses basket and his cot doesn’t fit in my room. When he was in my room he was only waking up once or twice at the most a night. But now he’s in his own room he’s up every 2 hours wanting feeding. Does anyone have any advice please? I’m a first time mum and I don’t know what I can do. Thank you

It might be more for comfort as he can’t hear you moving or breathing… lay him on one of your tshirt and get him a sound machine that plays continously. X
I say put the Moses basket in the for so baby gets used to the surroundings of the room. Check tempatures ECT as it could b a little colder x
It may not be due to the room change. Los go through a growth spurt and sleep regression around 12 weeks so they tend to feed more often and wake more.
You might find that he wasn’t waking for food. I made this mistake with my daughter. I was feeding her everytime she cried or something and she got so used to it and put on more weight than she should’ve. She’s now 8 months and sleeps through the night but maybe your baby is waking for another reason? X
Do u put Moses basket in for to transition baby as it maybe a different feeling for baby
