Hi can I have this private please well last night for the umpteenth time I decided to check my husbands phone and low and behold I find yet more women we have been together 6 years and the whole time I have always caught him out messaging other women well in February I had to have him arrested because he smashed the door in the house after I caught him again up to no good he was charged and warned and stupidly I took him back again with conditions if at any point I saw or had any inclination he was doing it again he would leave when I asked. Well I found Kik on his phone with a girl requesting a pic he didn’t reply which I get that but to be able to use it you have to have spoken somewhere to give out your name I don’t trust him one bit or even love him anymore for that matter he has battered my confidence he constantly puts me down and never lifts me up how do I get him out the house peacefully what are my rights as we are both on tenancy x
