Hi can I possibly have a private post please
I’m looking for some advice regarding my ex partner. We have one child together. He’s very aggressive and short tempered we have not been together for over a year although was living together it came to a point where I had enough and finally got him arrested. Each time we argued he always smashed up things in my home. Once putting his hands around my throat and spitting in my face. I was to scared to ask him to leave to save my self the trouble of his actions. I have asked for a restraining order against him He has to attend court on Friday for damage to my property. I’m wondering what will happen next will the restraining order likely be granted? X
