Hi can someone post this for me thank you

Hi girls I’m roughly about nine weeks pregnant I have a four year old and one year old who hasn’t long just turned one , I’m forever tired even though I’m getting sleep at night like a should I’m eating like a should too so I’m just wondering if use could give me little tips etc on what use did to help fight your tiredness off ? I know I could be anemic but I don’t have my first midwife appointment in till next week
