Hi can u do a private post please.. I’ve just come out of a very controlling relationship witch has resulted with him ending up in a lot of trouble with the police!! All my children have my surname but my youngest has his and I really want to change it to mine. There are injunctions in place and by no means is he allowed near any of us and neither do I ever want him near us again it’s going to be a long road to recovery I just need some advice on how to do this xx

I was in an abusive relationship which ended in him going to prison my two youngest have his name, all you can do is change it by depole i tried everything to try get him off the birth certificate but unfortunately there’s nothing that can be done, stay strong xx
