Hi can u post or if u can andswer that would be great!
My partner is 17 and hasnt been in school for over a year his parents are claiming for him child tax and things im curently on job seakers i have my own place but it would help if i could claim for him wich i have been told i can if his parents atop claiming … we rang up but aparently no one else can close the claim aprt from his parents … we have told them hes not in school a few months ago but they are still getting it … what can we do now?

Surely that is benefit fraud as child tax stops when education stops or when the child turns 18?!
