I carnt seem to get pregnant been trying almost 2years now and just come on my period today agen 😢 so looking for things that ppl have tryed and it’s helped them conceived I not tryed anything as of yet I’m now thinking time for a trip to the doc see anything they can help with. I do already have to children age 7 and 3 so I no I can have baby’s (same dad) plz help any advice would be grate xx

Sorry to say but it doesn’t mean because you have kids already you can have kids now, there is a thing called secondary infertility which I have, I don’t ovulate anymore had to have tons of tests and after 5 years went on Clomid (fertility treatment) and now pregnant again finally x
Track your ovulation day. And when you do the deed put a few pillows under your bum and stay there for a while after youve finished thats how i conceved my second x
Things do change so maybe worth both seeing a doctor as they can run tests etc and see if anything pops up and also rules things out etc.
2 weeks after your period have sex every day for a week and every time keep the cum in you by putting your legs up in the air or like dangling off the bed for 15 minutes keeping it all in there I was trying for 2 years too and now I’m 39 weeks pregnant!,x
12 days after the first day of period. Sex in morning and legs up.
