Hi can you do me a private post please, thank you x
I finished my maternity leave in April, so I had my last pay the end of April. When I handed in my notice i was told by friends and family to include that I wanted any holiday pay that I had accumulated this year (holidays went January to December) but I’m my pay my boss didn’t pay it, she is now ignoring my emails and my phone calls. Is there anything I can do to get this money that I should be entitled to?

Most places you need to go back for at least a week to get holiday pay x
Are you in UK? If so ring ACAS on 0300 123 1100 they’ll give you the best advise xx
