Hi can you please post. Need advise for my sister.

So her period is 3 days late, she has done tests last week as she was getting sore boobs and feeling sick. The tests came back negative. So she has tested again since her period has been late and it is still showing negative. She is getting ocational craps but no sign of period. Any idea if it could he a false negative ? Low pregnancy hormones? We are thinking of seeing the doctor if no period comes soon as it is unusual.
