Hi can you post for me please..

Hi girls was just wondering if any of you could shed light on when I conceived, I just can’t for the life of me work it out 🙈 so my last proper period was on the 25th February although I’ve still been having mini periods since then. Going from the first day of the Feb period would make me 17 weeks and 1 day but going from my 12 week scan I’m currently 18 weeks and 4 days.. my cycle is 21 days but this still doesn’t fit right with the period before hand? I’ve tried working it out over and over but ain’t getting anywhere, the Midwifes are slightly confused too 🙄 thanks in advance xx
