Hi can you post please.
My lb is 18months and will only go to sleep holding our hand through the cot. I want him to learn to go to sleep by himself. Ive tried leaving the room but he screams and gets himself all worked up and wont settle till we come back into the room. Ive tried just sitting in the room and moving away etc but no still no good. Has anyone any tips or been through this before? Dont have the will power to let him cry it out. TIA x
