Hi could I ask for some advice please?

Last night me and my partner had sex which was fine but as soon as it stopped I started getting an excruciating pain in my uterus area. I went and sat on the loo and nearly passed out, my eyes went dark, I went almost deaf with ringing in my ears, I felt sick, and I was heavily sweating from head to toe. This pain radiated to my lower back and by stomach as well as my uterus. I’ve given birth twice and both times my contractions were identical to this. I was crying in agony for about 20 minutes until it subsided. I’m 100% not pregnant. I genuinely thought I was giving birth or dying last night anyone know what this could be? It was horrible! I’ve never had it before. Xx
