Hi could I get a p.p please.

So this isn’t really anything to do with babies but something I just need a bit of reassurance on and if anyone has had the same thing. No negativity please as I have a lot of gynae issues and this is why it’s bothering me. I just had my period and finished it 4 days ago. I had “fun time” with my husband two days ago and now my period has started again today really heavy again like a normal period. My back is in a lot of pain and just feel feverish at times. Should I be worried or am I just being paranoid? Btw I am on the pill and took one the day before we had “fun time” and I then ran out so didn’t have any on day of having “fun time”.
