Hi could I get a pp for some advice please thanks.
I’ve found out I’m in court in 2 weeks, my kids BD is trying to get access and If I don’t turn up he gets his access granted as I’ve not been to any of the other 3 hearings. The problem is I havnt had any court letters at all, I think they must be getting sent to my old address but the man on the phone from the court didn’t believe me even when I told him my ex partner was the reason me and my children was evicted from the house and had to go private.
Now I’m not sure what to do, do I need to go an see a solicitor? He mentally abused me for years and made me really I’ll, I still have anxiety and this is all going to be really hard for me but I will fight this to the end now that I know. Any advice would be appreciated ladies
