Hi could I get a ppp basically my ex is threatening solicitors again over our two children but I want to know what the likely hood of him being granted anything again as he walked away over a year ago. He had a court order that said he was to see our eldest (youngest wasn’t born then) on a sat 10-3 just after she turned 2 we got back together (stupid I know) and a final court hearing said to stick with that arrangement and work out any extra ourselves, which we did until we moved in together he hardly bothered with her refused to collect her from my parents after his shift (I was working afternoons) and started shouting at her for no reason, even had to wake her and take her out of the house at midnight one night as he was kicking off and smashing up furniture (should have left but love is blind) anyway next thing I know I’m taking my daughter to preschool and he’s text saying he’s packed his stuff and he’s leaving (was pregnant again by this time) it was 6 weeks before he bothered to see our daughter once then didn’t see her again for ages sat down with him and his family to put plans in place countless times he never showed and hasn’t even met our son (his choice) my daughter is scared of him, he never wanted to do things with her and he just not been there. What’s likely to happen if it goes back to court?
