Hi could I get a ppp

My lo is 6n a half month old, we are putting her in her own room after Christmas, currently she won’t sleep unless I am with her, the second I leave the room she screams, I don’t know what to do, I want her to be at the point where I can put her to bed and she will go to sleep before I put her in her own room, at what point would you ladies start putting her in bed and getting her used to going to sleep without you? I’m a ftm and work full time as does my partner but she just screams even if her dad is there and I don’t know what to do, I’m having a few health problems and everything is just draining at the minute x
