Hi could I get a private post please.. My ex has only seen our son twice in nearly 3yrs the last time he saw him was April, and he used part of our sons child maintenance money to see him. My ex lives near London and I live near Manchester me and my partner travelled to London for my sons dad to see him so he only travelled a small distance anyways. He has since called me a bad mum, accused me of using our son as a weapon and gave me a load of abusive I have already been in touch with women’s aid because there’s other issues too. I told him after I was advised to for it to go through court because he won’t agree to a proper arrangement and I don’t feel safe around him. I keep updating him on our son. He said yesterday that he’s not going to pay any money for our son because he was advised not to by a solicitor and he can’t afford to go through court. I mentioned a third party but we can’t agree on one so I said about a contact centre and he’s saying he can’t afford that either. He was only paying £30 a month but stopped in may and hasn’t paid a penny since. What should I do?? Please help I just want my son to know and have a relationship with his dad
