Hi Could I get a private post please
I am expecting my second daughter it four weeks. My eldest daughter turns two in two weeks. I didn’t breastfeed my first but I would like try and breastfeed this time around. I’m really struggling with guilt about not doing it with my first and worried that I’m forever going to feel guilty that I’ve tried with one and not the other. I was hoping people could give me some insight on how to get over it if they’ve ever been in the same position.

I didnt breastfeed my first, who is now a happy healthy 7 year old, and im currently breastfeeding my second who is 2 weeks old, dont feel guilty honey theres no need. Both my boys are fine regardless of how they’re fed, just try it and see how you feel 😊👍🏻
I’m in the same boat right now, first is 6 will be 7 when no2 is born, currently 20 weeks, didn’t breastfeed as first had issues that meant it wasn’t possible and it was tiring enough without having to pump too but I’m determined to at least give it a go this time, don’t feel guilty, it may not have been something you felt you wanted/needed to do x
its called experience don’t feel guilty it was what is best for you at the time x
