Hi could I get anonymous post please
Ladies that have or do have the Mirena coil fitted ,what are your thoughts on firstly the pain having it inserted and the effects after ?
It’s the only contraceptive I’m aloud as I’ve had a clot and I’m not aloud hormones
Any advice greatly appreciated

I had the copper after a few months it fell out after a going on a power plate at the gym 🙈 i felt it move while i was on it. It also gave me headaches. My mum fell pregnant on it,but…i would recommend it and i would try it again. The pain is mild like a smear and quick.
Do you mean the copper coil? Mirena has hormones xx
