Hi could I have a pp??
– my mum currently claims CSA for my younger brother. He’s 18 in July. He will be off to uni in September this year. With him still being in ‘education’ does my dad still have to pay? Or does it stop as he’s 18?
He also seems to think the £1,000 debt he hasn’t bothered to pay will also be wiped once he stops paying. I’m sure this is incorrect ? Thanks x
