Hi could i have a ppp after a year without my ex having contact with the kids its finally going to court contact was stopped due to my ex making false accusations about a family member and emotionally abusing the kids the kids want to see him and feel this would be in there best interests despite whats happened and hoping that a year with no contact will be enough for him not to repeat this behaviour as before we split he was a great dad to the kids because i am not agreeing to the amount of time that the court order is saying that he should have them its going to actually go to court and there will be social work reports there was one incident of domestic violence that will be on his record will this stop him from getting access as this is neither what me or my kids want any advice would be appreciated
