Hi could I have a ppp?

Has anyone had any experiences with sertraline? I have been on it a while and initially it really helped me but I have no hit a wall and am feeling terrible 😞 I’m always so tired. It’s even hard for me to find the energy for the school run 😞
I have been on lots of other AD meds and was so hoping this would be the last one before I weaned off totally. I will go to the doctors but until then can anyone give some tips on what could help? I have also gained so much weight on AD which doesn’t help.
I seem to live my life on coffee and redbull 😞 any help gratefully received as I’m feeling pretty low x
