Hi could I have a ppp

I’m on the combined pill at the moment I’m on my week break I’m bleeding more than usual is this normal? I’ve had cramps on my left side on & off but when I’m wiping there’s so much and I’m going through more sanitary towels than I usually do there’s no clots tia x
