hi could i have a ppp?
My little one is due to start infant school next September so me and my parent are doing her application now… my question is we both work full time currently she goes to a nursery in our old county but we have moved now we will need to apply to a school in our new county but the school in the old county is far more i guess convenient for us as her grandma looks after her when she finishes as its just down the road, if she goes to a school in our new county it would be an half hr drive for her grandma to pick her up etc and i dont think she would be prepared to do that as her grandma also still works.
so anyway, has anyone lived in one county but applied for a school another county? is it even possible to do so, if so how do i go about it? Tia

I presume you could put it as your first choice but each schools has admission criteria, so unless they don’t reach numbers it’s probably unlikely you’ll get a place. Good luck though!
All 3 of my choices are out of area. Whether we get one of them or not is another story. I’ve put in the notes part about family being my childcare who live near the schools I’ve chosen xx
I’m certain you will only be accepted in a school that is in your county. I’d ring the local authority of that area to double check first x
