When is enough, enough within a relationship and walk away?

Bt if a back story at the beginning of he hear me and my partner hadn’t been getitng on for months purely because all he wasnted to do was play on PS4, had no time for me so I ended it. (We’ve been together 10 year & hae 2 sons) however he begged and promised he would change his way crying saying he would do anything and I was the only person he wanted. We got back together August this year everything was fine first couple of weeks then slowly hinge started it go back the way they were I’ve been unhappy since mid October, he shows me no attention, we haven’t had sex since end of August, we hardly speak, when were child free he never wants to do anything wih me. All he wants to do is come in from work and sit on a PS4…

My mind is boggled I’m so unhappy I just don’t know what to do for the best
