Hi could I have a private post please?

Hi I have a 20month old little boy and it is just me and him most of the time. The problem is bedtime and sleeping he has been in his own bedroom for a while now and sleeping fine but recently I can’t get him to stay asleep or want to stay in his bedroom. I still rock/cuddle him to sleep and would like some tips on how I could get him to fall asleep on his own and settle himself down so when he wakes on a night he can self soothe himself and not depend on me to settle him is he still to young to settle himself to sleep? Sorry just wanting some advice from other mummys and what they do Thank you
