Hi could I have a private post please.
I currently work 16 hours per week but my employer is making it really difficult. They have changed my job role a couple of months ago and I was called into the office today to be told they are moving me again. My hours will be changed dramatically and I have no choice even though I do not wish to move again. Their reason is because there’s too many hours on one dept and not on another. They’re basically trying to make me leave because they need to lose hours from the business. I’m married and my husband earns 28k. It sound a decent wage but it’s not on its own with out my top up as we have 2 small children. I have no idea about benefits as we’ve never claimed anything. If I left my job would I be able to claim anything? Thanks in advance.
