Hi could I have a private post please,

My son is 18 months old and has got a small red mark in the corner crease of his mouth/lips, I read on the Internet this could be herpes virus and can be deadly to babies, should I be worried? He has no temperature but has been very upset all evening, only small bites of food and small amounts of water (he normally drinks like a fish!) no other apparent rash 🤨

Any advice please
