Hi could I have a private post please?
I have a really good male friend with kids of 12 and 9. He split with the mum about 7 years ago and is in a new relationship.
He’s had a falling out with the mum(not entirely sure what over but something trivial that’s escalated) and she’s stopping him from seeing the kids.
He takes them too and from school every single day and has them as much as he can. He’s a really good dad!!
Does the ex have the right to do this? I don’t know much about the legal side and would like to help if I can. Thank you xx

i dont think she can unless she has any reasonable proof that he is a threat to the children or in any way incapable of caring for them, other than that i’m not sure x
